: Fluent in English Support Experience ( SLA management) Experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module. SAML 2.0 configurations. PTP integration knowledge. Integration between ECP-FI. Experience with the HCM suite (mainly with the payroll component) PCR creation and maintenance. Schemas and subschemas maintenance. Creation of Custom Wage Types. Year end activities for customers from USA & MX. Technical knowledge about: Garnishments, benefits and deductions. US & MX payroll knowledge. Country related Tax knowledge. Nice to have: ABAP knowledge. Technical knowledge of SAP communications. Canda PY knowledge.
