Production Support Consultant in Brazil (Tax Tools exp) Location: Brazil (Can be Remote) Salary: As per the Market

Responsibilities: Strong experience in

ABAP. Production support. Proven experience in Brazil localization Business English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skill. Need to take transition from existing team. Address/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLA. Follow the defined processes. Collaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issues. Prepare, Participate in status report/meetings. May need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare) In general, no travel is expected as part of the job. Remote location-based work is acceptable. Open to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their experience, expertise. · Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills: B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: Experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One
