About the Role The role involves leadership of the production team and managing various engineering and productivity initiatives. Responsibilities Leadership the production team Manage the process engineering team Union relationship Focus on safety, quality and productivity Manage the productivity actions Lead the team to reduce scrap Focus on standard work adherence Manage Investments (Capex) for improvements Problem solving 100% of the time focused on safety, reducing quality issues and scrap, and delivering productivity.
