About the Role:

- Role: Mid Data Engineer - Location: Brazil São Paulo (Hybrid) - Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for CRM, SSD, and Digital Engagement data - Enable secure ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data within a centralized Data Lake (UDL) - Implement automated data validation and quality monitoring processes - Apply data governance frameworks (metadata, lineage, access control) - Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR) - Work closely with Data Scientists, Reporting Specialists, and Global Tech teams - Support harmonization of data practices across regional markets

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering - Strong proficiency in SQL and Python - Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks - Experience working with Azure-based Data Lake architectures - Understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and compliance - Strong collaboration and communication skills
