Sales Manager/Director (based in Brazil)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain distributor networks in Brazil to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in planning and executing overseas marketing and promotion activities.
- Collect and analyze information on competitors and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the power industry. Familiarity with smart meters, power quality analyzers, SCADA, and energy management systems. High-level conceptual understanding of various industrial and utility communication protocols in the Brazilian market.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends in Brazil's power sector. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, clients, and partners. Capable of analyzing market data, formulating strategic sales plans, and making recommendations to senior management.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage. Ability to conduct technical exchanges and business negotiations in both formal and informal public settings using the local language and English.
- Familiar with international trade processes and possessing relevant professional knowledge.
