This is a hands-on role that involves OTC trading operations and handling day-to-day accounting and treasury tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • OTC Operate within the Trading Desk, executing crypto OTC trades and international remittance operations • Handle daily trade execution, pricing, deal closing, and settlement monitoring • Manage relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients for large-volume transactions • Perform basic risk management, including exposure, spreads, liquidity, and settlement timelines • Act as a key interface with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Tech teams • Support the development and continuous improvement of operational processes and trading playbooks • Monitor and report key operational KPIs (volume, margin, execution time, efficiency)

Requirements: • Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset. • Proficiency in Excel. • High attention to detail and organization. • Fast learner, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
