As the company continues to expand its partner network, we are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist who can develop and manage strategic affiliate relationships across crypto and online gaming sectors. The role focuses on building partnerships, expanding traffic channels, and improving campaign performance through affiliate collaborations.

Main Activities

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners across relevant online markets • Maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliate networks and independent publishers • Coordinate marketing campaigns with affiliate partners • Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms • Monitor traffic performance and optimize campaign results • Track conversions, user acquisition metrics, and campaign profitability • Provide regular insights and performance updates on affiliate activity

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in affiliate or performance marketing • Familiarity with digital asset ecosystems, crypto communities, or online gaming platforms is beneficial • Strong communication and negotiation abilities • Comfortable building long-term business partnerships • Analytical mindset with attention to marketing performance indicators • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation & Structure

$85,000 – $145,000 annual compensation
