Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related
• field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance related roles (controlling, FP and A, cost management or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data with attention to detail.Internal
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP FI CO or BW is a strong advantage.
• Experience in IT service environments is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to collaborate with global teams.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Main Responsibilities
• Support end to end financial management of IT services, ensuring alignment with budget targets and financial objectives.
• Perform monthly tracking of service costs and revenues, including variance analysis and recommendations for optimization.
• Prepare and maintain pricing inputs, service charging data, cost allocations and financial models.
• Contribute to forecasting and planning cycles with accurate inputs and explanation of deviations.
• Support the creation and maintenance of financial processes related to ordering, invoicing,
• accruals and provisions.
• Generate reports and analyses using tools such as Excel, SAP and ServiceNow, supporting
• decision making by service owners and finance teams.
• Ensure accurate billing to internal customers and proper mapping of service provider costs.
• Collaborate with international teams to clarify financial questions, align on processes and
• improve data quality.
• Assist with setting up new services from a commercial and financial standpoint.
