Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled

Sales Cloud Developer with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud

to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that enhance sales effectiveness while supporting marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Marketing Cloud (primary focus) along with solid hands-on experience in Sales Cloud development and configuration. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, integrations, and compliance standards, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Cloud (Primary Focus) Email Campaign Execution:

Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder. Audience Segmentation:

Manage subscriber lists and data extensions to ensure precise audience targeting. Automation & Customer Journeys:

Configure automated workflows and customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to global email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Sales Cloud (Secondary Focus) Custom Development:

Develop and maintain custom applications, Apex classes, triggers, Flows, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Sales Cloud Configuration:

Customize lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting. Data Modeling:

Design and implement scalable data models and complex object relationships. Security & Governance:

Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and enforce security best practices. Automation:

Build advanced flows, process automation, and approval workflows to streamline business operations. Integration:

Develop APIs and middleware integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems. Testing & Deployment:

Conduct unit testing and manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Performance Optimization:

Ensure scalability, efficiency, and maintainability of custom solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). Strong experience in campaign creation, execution, and audience segmentation. Hands-on experience with email journey automation. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email personalization and design. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and automation tools. Advanced programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technical documentation practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
