Sales Engineer

OSF Digital is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our consultative sales team, supporting customers in defining high‐impact Salesforce solutions and collaborating closely with our Sales and Delivery organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the sales team to understand customer challenges and propose a Salesforce solution vision.

- Lead technical discovery focused on business requirements, platform capabilities, and potential integrations.

- Create high-level conceptual solution designs, defining architecture direction and expected functionalities.

- Prepare and deliver customized demos across main Salesforce clouds.

- Support commercial proposals with high-level technical inputs.

- Collaborate with Delivery, which validates the proposed design, confirms feasibility, identifies risks, and provides technical and effort estimates.

- Contribute to RFP/RFI processes with preliminary technical content prior to Delivery engagement.

- Stay up to date with OSF's portfolio and the Salesforce cloud roadmap.

Skill Set / Requirements

- Experience in pre‐sales or consulting with Salesforce solutions.

- Strong knowledge of key Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce or others).

- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, high‐level technical proposals.

- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering customized demos.

- Understanding of integrations, APIs, and Salesforce architecture best practices (preferred).

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Architect) are a plus.

- English proficiency to interact with global customers and teams.
