This is a

full-time, remote position (CLT hire in Brazil only) , offering the chance to collaborate directly with our US-based client and international development teams.

We are seeking a

Salesforce Configuration Specialist

with strong hands-on experience in complex configurations and data management. This role is focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions using

declarative tools , with a strong emphasis on

Flows, security, and data integrity .

Key Responsibilities Execute advanced Salesforce configurations (Flows, Experience Cloud, automation, custom fields, permissions) Manage data migration and ensure data quality and consistency Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Troubleshoot configuration and data reconciliation issues Provide training and create user/technical documentation Build reports and dashboards for operational and leadership insights

Required Experience Solid experience with

Salesforce administration and configuration

(not only certifications) Strong knowledge of: User management (roles, profiles, permission sets, security policies) Data modeling and object relationships Validation rules, formula fields, record types, list views Flows (advanced level) and troubleshooting Experience with

SSO/SAML configuration

and authentication setup Proficiency in

Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data quality management Ability to differentiate

data vs. configuration issues

and replicate scenarios in sandbox environments Experience building

reports and dashboards

Preferred Profile 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience Strong communication skills in English (client-facing environment) Analytical mindset with a structured, problem-solving approach Experience in B2B software environments

Nice to Have Knowledge of

Apex, Lightning Web Components, or ISV development Experience writing technical specifications
