Salary $1,200-2,000 usd / month We’re hiring a senior AI engineer to own RAG systems, MCP, and tool integrations for ARDI — our production AI assistants used by real estate associations and MLSs across North America. This role is for someone who enjoys turning messy data + APIs into reliable AI tools.

What you’ll do Build and improve production RAG pipelines Design and operate MCP servers and tools Connect ARDI to new APIs, datasets, and systems Improve grounding, retrieval accuracy, and trust Debug hallucinations by fixing retrieval and context Work closely with product and customers on real use cases What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience with RAG systems Real experience with MCP and tool orchestration Python in production environments Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) Experience with ingestion pipelines and unstructured data Senior-level judgment: you know
