Senior DevOps Engineer / Architect
to lead infrastructure strategy and DevOps practices. As the platform continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in building scalable cloud infrastructure, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.
Position Overview
We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer or Architect
who will take ownership of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and reliable while optimizing performance and cloud cost efficiency.
This position requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate closely with engineering, security, and product teams while mentoring developers on DevOps culture and tooling.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and maintain infrastructure using
Terraform
, ensuring reproducible and version-controlled environments.
Own and manage
Azure cloud infrastructure
including networking, compute, storage, identity, and platform services.
Architect and maintain
CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
for applications built with .NET, PHP, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
Implement best practices in
pipeline automation, testing integration, artifact management, and deployment workflows
.
Strengthen platform security by implementing
IAM best practices, secrets management, network segmentation, and encryption strategies
.
Integrate
security scanning tools (SAST/DAST/SCA)
and compliance checks into infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Build and maintain observability using
DataDog and SolarWinds
, including monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerts.
Define reliability standards including
SLOs, SLIs, and incident response runbooks
.
Optimize cloud infrastructure costs through
resource tagging, autoscaling strategies, reserved capacity planning, and cost monitoring dashboards
.
Collaborate with engineering teams to promote
DevOps culture, automation, and self-service capabilities
.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience
in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
.
Deep expertise with
Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
.
Proven experience building and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
.
Strong understanding of
cloud security practices
, including IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
Experience with
Cloudflare services
such as CDN, WAF, DNS, and Zero Trust.
Strong Linux administration and scripting experience (
Bash, Python, or PowerShell
).
Experience working with
SQL Server in cloud environments
.
Hands-on experience with
monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog or SolarWinds
.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with
AWS infrastructure
such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, or Lambda.
Experience with
Databricks or modern data platform infrastructure
.
Familiarity with
policy-as-code frameworks
such as OPA, Sentinel, or Azure Policy.
Experience working with
Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or container security practices
.
Knowledge of
FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization strategies
.
Experience implementing
SRE methodologies such as SLOs and error budgets
.
