Marketing Agency | 100% remote position | PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) contract model.
We are looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to build, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, and funnel sequences for our clients.
This role is focused on turning client sales and follow-up processes into structured, functional CRM systems. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in building automations, managing lead flow, and supporting conversion-focused funnels across platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, or similar tools with strong pipeline and workflow automation capabilities.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, forms, calendars, and funnel structures
Set up and manage pipeline stages based on each client’s sales process, including lead follow-up, appointment booking, no-show/cancel, re-engagement, nurture, won/lost, and disqualification stages
Create and manage email and SMS sequences with the correct timing, wait steps, conditions, tags, and removal logic based on lead actions and funnel behavior
Implement appointment workflows such as confirmations, reminders, reschedule flows, and no-show recovery
Manage tags, custom fields, opportunity updates, internal notifications, and tasks to keep lead tracking organized and actionable
Review and troubleshoot workflow issues, automation conflicts, contact flow errors, and delivery problems
Monitor CRM and funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to workflow logic and follow-up structure
Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to align CRM builds with client goals and campaign strategy
Document workflow logic and setup structure clearly for internal visibility and scalability
Join client calls when needed to explain CRM setups and automation logic in a clear and simple way
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
Hands-on experience building automations and workflows
in platforms such as
GoHighLevel
, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, or similar tools
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, automations, lead nurturing, and funnel progression
Experience building appointment-based funnels, reminders, follow-up sequences, and re-engagement flows
Ability to work with tags, conditions, wait steps, opportunity movement, and lifecycle-based automations
Ability to troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issues
Strong organization and attention to detail
Advanced English
