is looking for a strategic and high-impact

Business Development

to drive our expansion in Brazil. In this role, you will be the primary architect of Antom’s growth, identifying whitespace opportunities and building the foundational partnerships that will scale our presence in one of the world’s most exciting fintech markets. Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Market Strategy & Growth Leadership:

Develop and execute the Brazil market-entry and scaling strategies for Antom’s product suite, focusing on fintech, e-commerce, and embedded finance. Strategic Partnerships:

Forge high-level alliances with banks, fintechs, major retailers, and payment gateways. You will lead the entire deal cycle: from prospecting and complex negotiations to post-deal governance. Revenue Ownership:

Own regional P&L targets. You’ll drive monetization through innovative partnership structures, including revenue share and co-marketing initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Align with global Product, Compliance, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure Antom’s solutions are perfectly localized for the Brazilian landscape. Brand Ambassador:

Represent Ant International (Antom) at key industry forums and major regional events. Who You Are: Required Skills Experience:

8+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within Fintech, Banking, e-commerce, or SaaS (Brazil market focus is essential). Proven Track Record:

Success in closing complex, high-value partnerships (with a revenue impact exceeding $10M). Market Expertise:

Deep understanding of Brazil’s fintech regulatory landscape and key ecosystem players. Commercial Acumen:

Expertise in deal structuring, P&L management, and high-stakes negotiation. Languages:

Native Portuguese and full professional English proficiency.

Mandarin is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Business/Finance. An extensive network across Brazilian financial institutions and major retailers.
