Job Details: Position: CX Assistant (Exchange Program Admissions) Location: On-site - Vila Olímpia - Sao Paulo-SP Work Schedule: monday to friday from 9am to 6pm and alternate saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal allowance, day off on birthday, medical assistance Job Mission Manage the enrollment process for students in exchange programs abroad (languages, high school, university, work and study). The professional acts as a bridge between the exchange agency and the foreign educational institution, ensuring document compliance, meeting deadlines, consultative selling, and preparing the student for the international experience. Main Responsibilities Carry out the enrollment/admission process for exchange programs abroad, controlling, verifying, and organizing essential documentation and providing support with forms. Monitoring critical application and document deadlines to avoid application rejection. Intermediation and constant relationship with schools, universities, and other partners abroad and consultants. Customer service before departure. Requirements Currently enrolled in or completed bachelor degree. Advanced English. Experience with administrative routines. Experience in the tourism, education, or exchange program sector is desirable. Availability to work in site at Vila Olimpa, monday to friday from 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
