We are seeking a dynamic
Plant Manager
to lead our manufacturing operations in
Bahía
. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety, and delivering strong financial performance. You will oversee production processes, optimize efficiency, and inspire a team of around 500 associates to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Shape the future of manufacturing
by developing and executing strategic plans that boost efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Lead with impact
by managing a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and production staff, empowering them to grow and succeed.
Drive results
through clear KPIs, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational goals are consistently met.
Collaborate across functions
with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver seamless production processes.
Champion safety
by enforcing rigorous protocols and creating a safe, supportive environment for all associates.
Innovate boldly
by introducing new technologies, automation, and lean methodologies to enhance operations.
Own the numbers
by managing budgets, reducing costs, and ensuring strong financial outcomes for the site.
Invest in the future
by designing long-term strategies for talent, equipment, and capital investments.
Inspire growth
by mentoring plant leadership, promoting teamwork, and building a culture of accountability and excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing management, with at least 10 years in the field and 3+ years overseeing multiple departments.
Strong background in budget management, cost analysis, and resource allocation.
Expertise in lean manufacturing, operational excellence (OPEX), and process optimization.
Experience leading operations in Brazil, with deep knowledge of regulatory and safety standards.
Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese.
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing software, and Microsoft Office.
