ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategic Campaigns & KOL area is a key part of our Marketing team, responsible for planning, structuring and executing high-impact campaigns on mass media channels (TV and OOH) and social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and managing/negotiating partnerships with influencers relevant to SHEIN. Our team works in a multidisciplinary way, coordinating with areas such as Content, Brand Experience, PR, GR and Marketplace to ensure integrated, consistent and results-oriented communication. In addition, we are responsible analyzing performance metrics and optimizing return on investment, contributing directly to strengthening and expanding our brand presence in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for high-impact campaigns aligned with brand goals and market trends.
Managing budgets and schedules, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
Plan, produce and execute campaigns across different channels, including social media, TV, OOH and other offline media.
Ensuring the integration of all touchpoints to maximize the impact of the campaign.
Select KOLs aligned with the brand.
Negotiate exclusive collaborations or special collections with high-performance KOLs.
Evaluate the performance of each KOL (engagement, reach, ROI, GMV).
Optimize strategies to improve impact and results, with a focus on engagement and sales.
Monitor ROI results, engagement, conversion rate and other relevant indicators.
Generate periodic analyses and data-based recommendations to optimize campaigns in real time.
Prepare executive presentations for stakeholders, highlighting learnings and insights for future campaigns.
Develop detailed briefs for internal teams (creatives, media, etc.) and external suppliers.
Aligning objectives, themes and schedules, ensuring visual and message uniformity.
Monitor the entire production process (shooting, recording, editing), ensuring quality and deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication or related field.
5+ years in marketing campaign management, including influencer/KOL initiatives and large-scale campaigns.
Experience in media production (TV, video, OOH) and coordination of suppliers/studios.
Previous work in international contexts or with global teams is a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken) - essential for global interfaces.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media and market trends.
Excellence in data analysis and metrics for campaign optimization and KOL performance.
Leadership of cross-functional teams.
Organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strategic vision and creative thinking.
Communication and relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders.
