Project Control Analyst

Responsibilities

Maintain and update project schedules, aligning baselines, deadlines, and deliverables. Track budgets, financial forecasts, and cost/variance analysis. Prepare consolidated reports on performance, cost, risk, and status. Support Project Managers to ensure project processes run efficiently. Reconcile invoices and ensure financial data integrity. Monitor compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance. Prepare analytical insights, trends, and indicators for leadership presentations. Track documentation, changes, risks, and issues. Use data proactively to highlight risks and support corrective actions. Provide general PMO support, including data collection and reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years in Project Coordination / PMO / Project Controls. Experience with MS Project (preferred) and schedule management. Strong analytical skills for working with budgets, cost control, and financial analysis. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder interaction skills. Experience working with cross functional project teams. Experience with change management and process monitoring.
