Senior Operations Data Analyst

We are hiring for a leading US-based luxury resale and eCommerce company transforming how high-end fashion is bought and sold globally.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst with a strong analytics mindset, solid SQL expertise, and proven experience working closely with business teams. This is a high-impact role focused on operational performance, business clarity, and strategic decision-making.

About the Role

You will deliver quantitative insights to support our Operations organization, partnering closely with teams across:

- Inventory - Logistics - Retail - Customer Service - Tech & Finance

This is a business-focused analytics role, not pure research or advanced modeling. The day-to-day work includes:

- Explaining performance changes (“why did this move?”) - Turning open-ended business questions into structured analysis - Designing and defining KPIs - Measuring operational efficiency across receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows - Translating business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of analytics experience - Strong intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills (analyst-level proficiency required) - 3+ years of experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, or similar) - Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions - Experience leading time-sensitive strategic projects (methodology, analysis, recommendations, executive presentation) - Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

- eCommerce or logistics industry experience - Experience working directly with operations teams
