• Advanced English level. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Security, Data Governance, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, GRC, or related discipline. • Proven experience building or significantly maturing a data governance program. • Strong knowledge of data lifecycle management practices. • Experience implementing data classification and retention frameworks. • Familiarity with regulations impacting data (e.g., SOX, privacy laws, industry standards). • Experience working in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to drive initiatives independently with minimal oversight.
