Londontown Inc. is a dynamic and customer-centric nail and personal care company committed to delivering exceptional products/services and fostering positive customer experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and upbeat Customer Support Associate with an approachable and empathetic personality to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional email and phone support to customers
Address customer concerns, inquiries, and issues accurately and efficiently
Maintain clear and documented communication in internal systems
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure proper coverage and service levels
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, rotating schedule
Open during US holidays
Working during US holidays will be credited as a holiday leave, which may be taken on a different day. Usage of this leave requires prior approval from the supervisor to ensure proper team coverage.
Employment Status & Probation
New hires will be under a 6-month monitoring period
Performance during this period will determine regularization/permanent employment
Only permanent employees are eligible for the company’s equipment policy
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable handling email and phone-based customer support
Dependable, organized, and able to manage shifting schedules
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
MUST HAVE A FRIENDLY, ENERGETIC, UPBEAT PERSONALITY WITH STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!
