Finance Manager (Mandarim speaker) Location: São Paulo Responsabilidade 1. Organize and complete budget preparation, breakdown, and monthly rolling forecasting for all responsible areas. 2. Deeply participate in the resource allocation process and write financial analysis reports to provide data support for business decisions. 3. Responsible for financial auditing and cost-benefit analysis of equipment procurement, refurbishment, and disposal. 4. Track the accounting, cost, and cash flow status of specific projects and propose profit improvement suggestions. 5. Assist the director in preparing monthly/quarterly performance review meeting materials and track the implementation of meeting resolutions. Qualifications 1.Educação: Bachelor's degree or above 2.Experience: 5-8 years of finance-related experience, including at least 3 years of experience in business finance or financial analysis, with experience in independently managing budget modules or leading project teams to complete specialized analyses. 3.Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in budget management, cost accounting, and financial analysis skills; familiar with ERP systems and office software; possess in-depth financial understanding of the responsible business areas (e.g., equipment, engineering). 4.Competencies: Possesses strong project management, communication and coordination, and team management skills; able to translate financial strategies into actionable plans and effectively solve practical problems in business operations.
