We are looking to fill the position of Sales Manager to lead the technical and commercial teams, driving growth, strategic positioning, and sustainable results for the Breeding area, combining technical excellence with strong commercial initiative, speed in decision-making, and the ability to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute tactical plans and commercial strategies aligned with corporate goals. Lead and develop technical and commercial teams, ensuring high performance and integration. Expand markets, identify opportunities, and propose innovations. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support. Analyze financial results and propose strategic adjustments. Control costs, optimize expenses, and ensure profitability. Delegate activities with structured monitoring, ensuring deadlines and quality. Make quick and practical decisions in dynamic and uncertain scenarios.

Your Profile

University degree/college diploma in veterinary medicine or animal science. Solid knowledge of poultry farming, sales techniques, administration, and financial analysis. Advanced Excel and proficiency in Office suite. English and Spanish with good verbal fluency for conducting meetings and conversation. High autonomy, sense of urgency, and competitiveness. Persuasive communication, inspirational leadership, and high adaptability. Demonstrate efficient time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team spirit. Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively. Work with integrity and confidentiality.
