Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and competitors, providing market intelligence and insights to support the development and adjustment of sales strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to generate sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer service) to coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Monitor sales activities and performance, and develop improvement measures to ensure the team achieves sales targets.
Track market dynamics and industry trends, adjusting sales strategies and plans in a timely manner to adapt to market changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in international or overseas markets.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into sales strategies and action plans.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in
Mandarin
and English.
