You’ll be the primary communications leader for LATAM, responsible for shaping Ripple’s narrative across the region and driving impact through thoughtful strategy, strong media relationships, and effective localization. You’ll collaborate closely with Global Communications, Growth Marketing, Policy, and regional business teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact storytelling that supports both brand and business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and execute Ripple’s LATAM communications strategy, aligned with global priorities and regional business goals.

Own localization of global messaging, announcements, and campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and market resonance across LATAM.

Serve as the primary communications partner to LATAM leadership, providing strategic counsel and proactive communications planning.

Build and manage relationships with top-tier regional media, journalists, and influencers; oversee media outreach and interview opportunities.

Support and execute communications for key regional events, Ripple-sponsored, events, conferences, and on-the-ground activations.

Partner with Growth Marketing to support regional growth initiatives, product launches, and integrated campaigns.

Develop and manage regional communications plans, including timelines, messaging frameworks, and measurement.

Monitor regional media coverage, sentiment, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Support issues management and reactive communications as needed, in close coordination with global teams. WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience in communications, PR, or related fields, with significant experience leading regional or international communications.

Deep understanding of the LATAM media landscape and strong existing media relationships across key markets.

Proven experience setting communications strategy and executing across multiple markets.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to localize and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Experience supporting events, launches, and integrated marketing or growth initiatives.

Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, policy, and business teams.

Fluency in Portuguese; Spanish a plus; English proficiency required. WHO WE ARE:
