Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Technical / Solution Architect

Location: Brazil (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced AI Technical/Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience (20+ for Solution Architect) and at least 5+ years of hands-on Azure expertise.

• Architect, design, and implement AI solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Deploy, fine-tune, and customize generative AI models, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Lead prompt engineering initiatives and leverage Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and vector databases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain consensus on complex technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Guide and govern teams of 5+ members, providing technical leadership and mentorship.

• Deliver upskilling sessions to customers and support adoption of AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure solutions cover Azure strategy, stakeholder management, and end-to-end architecture including business, application, and infrastructure aspects.

Must Have Skills:

10+ years of IT experience (20+ for Solution Architect)

5+ years of hands-on Azure experience (IaaS/PaaS)

Strong expertise in deploying and fine-tuning generative AI models

Prompt Engineering, Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases

Python and PySpark development skills

Proven ability to manage and technically guide teams

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent

Preferred: M.Tech/MS
