Job Description
Our client, a leading global healthcare organization, is seeking SAP Procurement Digital Transformation drive procurement process optimization across clinic operations. This role will focus on improving current Procure-to-Pay processes while supporting SAP implementation and designing standardized future-state workflows in Signavio.This is a contract role with potential annual extensions. The selected candidate must be flexible to work in the client’s preferred time zone (EST or CEST).
This is a contractual position, working in the client's preferred EU time-zone. The initial contract will go well into 2026
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize end-to-end P2P processes across clinics
Lead “As-Is” & “To-Be” process mapping in Signavio
Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and manual workarounds
Drive immediate process improvements (“quick wins”) in the legacy setup
Standardize procurement and inventory processes across sites
Translate operational pain points into SAP-ready process designs
Support global template design for future-state ERP
Participate in SAP implementation workshops (Fit-to-Standard)
Support UAT and validate clinical business scenarios
Strengthen controls, compliance, and audit readiness
Act as liaison between Procurement, IT, Finance, and Clinical Operations
Facilitate workshops with nurses and clinic administrators
Develop clear process documentation and executive-ready materials
Independently manage process improvement initiatives end-to-end
Track impact, risks, and value realisation of initiatives.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in
SAP
Procurement, Supply Chain, or Process Excellence
Mandatory experience in SAP Implementation (MM/IM; S/4 exposure strongly preferred)
Strong hands-on
expertise
in
Signavio
process mapping
Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and controls
Experience working in ERP transformation environments
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
Ability to
operate
independently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Process Excellence Strong exposure to P2P / Procure-to-Pay processes, controls, and systems Experience within Healthcare, Pharma, Clinical, or regulated environments Expert proficiency in Signavio (mandatory) Understanding of SAP MM / Inventory Management logic, applied pragmatically for non-technical users Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Experience driving process improvement initiatives independently Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies (preferred) Ability to balance global standards with local operational realities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in complex, global organizations Language: Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus Travel: Occasional travel up to 20%
