We are looking for a Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Manager to architect and scale our partner ecosystem. This is a strategic role responsible for designing commercial frameworks, performance systems, and lifecycle processes that enable partners to grow while strengthening platform performance.

About the Role

In this role, you will define how Keeta structures, incentivizes, manages, and scales Sales BPO. You will balance commercial objectives with partner enablement, ensuring sustainable growth across the marketplace. You will act as the strategic bridge between partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Process Framework • Design comprehensive partner strategies, including commercial models and incentive structures • Develop partnership economics that balance growth and profitability • Optimize compensation and performance frameworks aligned with market dynamics

End to End Partner Lifecycle • Build scalable onboarding, training, and enablement processes • Define recruitment, evaluation, and transition standards • Create structured frameworks for ongoing partner support

Performance Management & Execution • Develop and implement partner performance evaluation systems • Analyze performance results and drive improvement initiatives • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans for partner managers

Settlement & Operational Excellence • Execute partner settlement processes with accuracy and timeliness • Identify opportunities to improve settlement efficiency and transparency • Partner with Product to enhance systems and workflow automation

Requirements • Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, marketplace, or on demand services • Experience building scalable partner lifecycle processes • Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or BI tools • Advanced English proficiency for cross border collaboration • Availability to work on site in São Paulo
