Sales Manager – Automotive Location: Brazil

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will lead the development of the Company sales and service network in Brazil from the ground up. This role is responsible for identifying and signing key dealer partners, establishing a sustainable network, and ensuring the achievement of sales and after-sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales network strategy aligned with brand positioning and market goals. Identify, evaluate, and secure qualified dealer/showroom partners in core regions (e.g., São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Southern Brazil). Lead commercial negotiations and manage dealer authorization agreements. Support new dealer setup in line with global CI/VI standards and local requirements. Monitor dealer performance and provide ongoing operational, sales, and after-sales support. Act as the primary liaison between the Company and dealer partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 3+ years in sales network development or B2B sales management. Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and contract management skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Chinese is a plus). Established dealer network and industry resources in Brazil preferred. Willingness to travel frequently.
