Mandatory Requirements

Fluent English with strong communication skills for collaboration with global stakeholders. Professional experience in Dynamics 365 projects is required, along with broad know-how and technical/process understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and modules, especially the Project Operations module. A good understanding of CRM and ERP systems and how they work is essential. Candidates must have experience in working with customers, ideally from different industries, and demonstrate a professional appearance with strong customer orientation. Proficiency in Office 365, including Visio, MS Project, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. An empathetic personality with excellent communication skills is necessary.

Desirable Requirements

Certification as a requirement engineer is an advantage. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are beneficial, as is knowledge of business intelligence technologies.
