We are seeking a Crypto Client & Operations Specialist to support operational workflows and private client coordination in Brazil. This role sits between operations, client support, and relationship management. You will work with crypto-native, financially sophisticated clients and ensure that onboarding, ongoing coordination, and operational execution are handled with precision and discretion. This position does not involve trading, portfolio management, or investment advisory activities. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate operational workflows for private crypto clients Support client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing operational requests Monitor crypto-related activity using internal systems and blockchain explorers Act as a point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and service providers Maintain structured records, reports, and operational documentation Identify and escalate operational or compliance-related issues when required Requirements

2+ years of experience in crypto operations, Web3 support, or digital asset services Practical understanding of blockchain transactions, wallets, and on-chain workflows Experience working with high-value clients or confidential operations is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Ability to operate professionally in a private, relationship-driven environment Fluent English; Portuguese is required What We Offer

Base Salary:

USD 80,000 – 110,000 gross per year Token Allocation:
