Senior SAP TM LE Consultant

Location: Brazil (100% remote) Contract: Freelance Duration: 12 months (extendable) Language: Portuguese (mandatory) + English (professional level) About the Role We are looking for a Senior SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant with strong SAP LE (Logistics Execution) experience to support a large-scale SAP implementation/rollout project . The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing transportation and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration between TM and LE modules. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP TM implementation and/or rollout activities (design, configuration, testing, deployment) Provide functional expertise in SAP TM integrated with SAP LE Conduct fit-gap analysis and process workshops with business stakeholders Design and configure freight planning, freight order management, carrier selection, charge calculation, and settlement processes Ensure integration with LE (deliveries, shipment processing, transportation planning) Support integration with MM, SD, EWM, and FI modules Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments Manage UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support Provide post-go-live stabilization support Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of SAP experience Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM Solid functional knowledge of SAP LE (Logistics Execution) Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP TM implementations Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and FI Experience in Brazilian localization (taxes, freight processes) is highly desirable Experience working in Agile and/or Activate methodology Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, agribusiness, or logistics Knowledge of freight cost management and Brazilian transportation regulations What We Offer Competitive daily rate Long-term project with extension potential Opportunity to work on a strategic logistics transformation program Dynamic and collaborative international environment If you are a senior SAP TM consultant available for a freelance opportunity in Brazil, we would be happy to discuss further details.
