As the Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will support the Brazil Subsidiary/Other Latam Distributor market and provide key management information. You will coordinate with the Central Finance team on a regular basis for Financial Planning and Analysis and Financial Controller support. You will play a pivot role in supporting the Lead, with all finance related matters in the Region, reporting to Senior Management.

Responsibilities: Prepare budget & forecasts and present the monthly analysis against actuals explaining the variation reasons for revenue, cost and fixed cost. Liaison with all company departments for overhead deep analysis Work alongside internal business teams and functions to assist with all facets of strategy development, business planning and financial analysis. Produce pricing analysis and costings when required for new/existing models or price changes for bikes and non-bikes Build and maintain robust financial models and scenarios analyses for strategic decision support Support manufacturing cost analysis Validation of pricing walk as per SBP vs Actual cost /Margins for Bikes Keep track of inventory ageing (Bikes and Non Bikes) and work on actions to clear inventory, financials provisioning. Ensure all stock reconciliations are matched with SAP and physical warehouse stock. Update and maintain weekly cash flow forecast to reflect the latest business position. Track business performance against KPIs. Review of Trial Balance on monthly basis and ensuring check of long aged items , control accounts and expenses Ensure proper governance of processes and support Internal Control/ Compliance framework. Provide ad hoc support to Finance Lead when required.

Education/ Experience: Partly qualified Chartered Accountant /MBA 5+ years relevant experience in a relevant role Good Excel/ Google Sheets knowledge, Power BI Reporting of monthly Financial Accounts Must have experience of Financial Planning and Analysis Experience of deep analysis/ into the detail. Fluent in English Language Knowledge of SAP system Knowledge of Local Taxes; Direct/ Indirect Tax knowledge You will have 4 Wheeler/ 2 wheeler company experience
