Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational goals and people strategy. Support managers in all HR-related topics, including performance management, talent development, engagement, and employee relations. Drive and implement HR initiatives such as performance cycles, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement programs. Provide guidance on labor relations, HR policies, and local labor legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices. Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs, organizational design improvements, and talent gaps. Support recruitment processes for strategic and leadership roles in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. Monitor HR KPIs, people analytics, and organizational indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Promote company culture, values, and change management initiatives across the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in strategic HR roles. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices. Ability to influence, build relationships, and work closely with senior leadership. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in fast-paced, growing, or multinational environments is a plus. Advanced English (mandatory). Location and work-mode: 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
