岗位职责 1、Lead end-to-end product processes in emerging markets, including field research, demand analysis, and feature iteration. 2、Collaborate with business teams to localize products and design region-specific operational strategies. 3、Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure agile product updates and efficient goal delivery. 4、Build a customer experience monitoring system to optimize product-service cycles continuously. 1.深入业务一线，主导新兴市场的产品调研、需求分析与功能迭代全流程。 2.协同业务团队推进产品本地化落地，制定符合区域特性的运营策略。 3.统筹内外部资源，实现敏捷产品迭代，确保业务目标高效达成。 4.建立客户体验监测体系，持续优化产品服务闭环。

具备以下条件优先 Portuguese proficiency; fluency in English (written and spoken). 通晓葡萄牙语；英语听说读写流利
