Job Description - Senior Study Manager - Perú (LIM00L3)Management Level:Manager:
Qualifications
· Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
·
15–25+ years of experience in minerals processing and mining projects , with a strong background in process engineering.
·
Experience in major mining projects
(over one billion dollars)
· Demonstrated experience leading
Scoping, PFS, and FS studies
within an
engineering consulting
or
owner environment.
· Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline studies and deliver decision-focused outcomes.
· Strong understanding of mineral processing circuits; experience with gravity-dominated or specialty minerals is an advantage.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· High level of proficiency in report writing, presentations, and study documentation.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Desirable Attributes
· Experience in tin processing plants.
· Experience working with external technology providers or licensors.
· Bilingual Spanish / English.
