Strategic Operation Specialist

Responsibilities: 1.Develop and continuously optimize monitor metrics based on operation strategies to drive data-informed operational decisions. 2.Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of partner's capacity performance, accurately identifying problem partners and root causes. 3.Follow up on partner's capacity perofrmance improvements, aligning with platform strategies to drive sustained capacity performance growth. 4.Collaborate with product operations teams to promote the optimization and iteration of related product features and operational tools.

Requirements: 1.3+ years of experience in logistics/delivery, or data analysis. 2.Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, proficient in SQL, and data analysis tools. 3.Excellent cross-team collaboration and project execution skills, with the ability to manage issues in a closed-loop manner. 4.Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
