Team Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for connecting and supporting the IBG teams and interacting with external areas, mapping potential initiatives that we can leverage to improve operational performance, review and optimize tools used by the different teams and tracking organizational efficiency.
The role will also play an important role in handling the budget negotiation process with the different BUs, setting up the tools and process.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure the financial controlling process for all countries.
- Organize and reconcile expenditure details to maintain a structured database that supports financial reporting and budget tracking.
- Support with analyses and operational routines related to the Budget to Payment (B2P) process.
- Analyze cost efficiency opportunities and support leaders in suggesting to develop projects and actions to capture them.
- Communicate effectively insightful recommendations to drive results.
Role Qualifications:
- Academic backgrounds in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation and trend/deviation tracking.
- Fluent in English, and Spanish is a plus. Eagerness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Organization and attention to detail in maintaining operational routines.
- Full ownership mindset: you will be responsible and accountable for all initiatives led by you.
- Agility: critical requirement in our industry, but you will need to balance speed with a structural and concise perspective to execute in an efficient way.
