1+ year of experience as an AI/ML Engineer 2+ years of Python or Java development experience, including API development, model training, testing, and general backend engineering Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ingestion workflows, or ETL processes Experience evaluating the quality of Search or Generative AI systems Strong communication skills; able to work independently while providing clear, consistent updates to the team Collaborative team player who is proactive in sharing knowledge and contributing to team best practices

Plusses Familiarity with AWS infrastructure (IAM, VPC, S3, etc.) Experience using LangChain to build LLM workflows with tools, memory, and retrieval Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or other Lucene-based search technologies Experience with Airflow Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

Day to Day We are hiring two AI/LLM Engineers (one Mid-Level and one Senior) to join a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and quality engineers. In this role, you will contribute to an enterprise-grade, end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. Responsibilities span the full lifecycle, including content ingestion and pipeline development, indexing and retrieval quality improvements, answer generation, and system evaluation. You will work on experimentation, model development, ETL workflows, search relevance, and evaluation frameworks. The role includes deploying code to non-production environments and supporting production releases in collaboration with the DevOps team. This is primarily a hands-on individual contributor role, with an expectation of clear communication, collaboration, and active participation in team discussions and planning.
