Company Description The ARAYARA International Institute is the largest NGO for Climate Litigation and Climate Studies applied to Energy Transition and Energy in Latin America. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gerente de Projeto | Transição Energética Justa based in Brasília, DF. The role involves overseeing project management activities, coordinating logistics, facilitating project expediting, and ensuring efficient inspection processes. The Gerente de Projeto will work closely with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and compliance. Duties also include managing communication across teams, monitoring project progress, and resolving operational challenges.

Qualifications Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure projects progress efficiently and meet deadlines Strong Project Management capabilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring to drive project success Experience in Inspection processes to uphold quality and compliance standards Skills in Logistics Management to manage resources, supplies, and schedules effectively Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Portuguese; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus Educational background in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
