Role Responsibilities and Activities:
Latin America Scope to support register of rates agreement in our internal system for the Inland and Ocean Procurement services related to Container off-dock depot facilities, container transportation – truck, feeder, barge and train, container maintenance and repair services, reefer services, gensets, inland chassis, trucking “GPS” and Container Freight Station (CFS) and any other service needed to attend our operations, such as port terminals, shipping pilotage, launch and towage services.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for applications entry in system to tariffs, vendors, sites, sanction check form, Compliance etc.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
Ensure all appropriate approvals have been received.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Register data into database application and ensure correct Cost codes allocation.
Responding to information requests from authorized members

Required Skills:
English: Fluent
Spanish: Basic level (appreciated)
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, using Excel and Google forms, Charts creation (appreciated)
