As a Marketing-Focused Visual & UI Designer at ProjectMark, you will help shape how our brand and product story show up across customer communications, our Help Center, and educational content like tutorials and feature walkthroughs. This role is heavily focused on improving the experience for our current client base by making information clearer, more consistent, and easier to access. You will also contribute to growth marketing efforts, including campaigns, paid ads, and website experiences.

We’re looking for someone who is tech-forward and curious by default, constantly exploring more efficient ways to work and leveraging modern, bleeding-edge tools (including new design, automation, and AI capabilities) to increase output quality and speed. While you will support product design (UX/UI) when needed, your primary goal is to partner with Marketing and Customer Success to improve acquisition, adoption, and retention through clear messaging, strong educational content, and high-quality design execution. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Design, Sales, and Engineering to turn ideas into polished assets and experiences that support both business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Lifecycle Assets Design visuals and templates for customer emails, in-app announcements, release notes, webinars, and product updates. Create on-brand resources that improve clarity and consistency across customer touchpoints.

Help Center & Education Content Improve the Help Center experience through visual guidelines, layouts, illustrations, and content structure. Create reusable article templates, diagrams, feature walkthroughs, and lightweight UI visuals that make documentation easier to scan and understand. Partner with Customer Success to prioritize content based on support insights and feature releases.

Marketing & Growth Design Create and iterate on assets for paid ads, social media, email/newsletters, blog visuals, landing pages, and campaign materials. Partner with Marketing to concept and execute campaigns, ensuring consistent brand quality across channels. Support A/B testing and experimentation by producing variants quickly and consistently.

Website & Conversion Optimization Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve website structure, messaging hierarchy, and visual design to increase conversions. Review analytics, heatmaps, and session replays to identify friction points and propose design improvements. Design or refine landing pages and key website sections, keeping accessibility and performance in mind.

Sales & Operations Enablement Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, and pricing visuals. Design assets for events, webinars, internal presentations, and leadership updates as needed.

Product Design Support Support the product design team with UI execution when needed, including new screens, flows, and improvements. Help maintain and evolve the Design System to ensure brand and UI consistency across product and marketing surfaces.

Asset Management & Brand Consistency Maintain an organized, scalable asset library (campaigns, templates, sectors, use cases). Help refine and document brand guidelines and visual standards so execution stays consistent across the team.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in visual design with a portfolio that includes marketing assets (ads, landing pages, email, brand systems) and digital product/UI work. Proven ability to design for clarity and adoption, creating resources that help customers understand, trust, and use the product. High proficiency in Figma and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools). Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency across multiple channels. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Tech-forward mindset:

actively explores new tools, workflows, and bleeding-edge technology to work smarter, improve speed/quality, and continuously optimize how the team designs and delivers work. Advanced or fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience designing within a B2B SaaS environment. Familiarity with basic UX principles and designing within design systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with performance marketing concepts (creative testing, funnels, conversion-focused design). Experience with HubSpot (emails, templates, workflows). Motion or video editing skills (short product demos, social video, feature highlight clips). Copy sensibility (Ability to contribute to marketing and product copy, helping draft and refine messaging for ads, landing pages, emails, and in-app/customer communications.).
