Business Analyst

We are looking for a

Business Analyst with strong experience in FX Markets

to join a global Technology & Change team working at the core of financial markets innovation.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives across

pricing, trading, eFX, and post-trade workflows

, collaborating closely with both business and technology stakeholders in an international environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities: As a

Business Analyst – FX Markets

, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support trading and market activities.

Requirements & Functional Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements across FX trading, pricing, liquidity, and market connectivity. Translate business needs into

functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

. Define and maintain

API requirements

, including data models, message structures, and integration flows. Map end-to-end processes and identify improvement opportunities aligned with digital transformation initiatives.

Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with

Front Office, Middle Office, Product Owners, Architects, and Technology teams

. Support

test planning, QA clarification, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

. Collaborate within a

global, multi-disciplinary organization

, ensuring alignment with governance and best practices.

Documentation & Tools: Produce clear, structured, and high-quality documentation using

Jira and Confluence

. Leverage

AI-based tools

to improve efficiency in analysis, documentation, and communication. Ensure functional artefacts are traceable, auditable, and aligned with internal standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in FX Markets

, including Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, or eFX. Proven experience defining

API and integration requirements

. Solid working knowledge of

Jira and Confluence

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment

.

Nice to Have: Experience with

electronic trading platforms, market connectivity, or algorithmic trading

. Hands-on use of

AI productivity tools

(e.g. ChatGPT, Rovo). Knowledge of FX regulatory frameworks (e.g.

MiFID II

). Experience working in

Agile delivery environments

. Basic knowledge of

SQL or Python

for data analysis and validation.
