We are currently looking for a
Senior Customer Success Manager
for a US-based SaaS company that is expanding their presence in the Brazilian agriculture market.
This person will act as a strategic advisor, translating complex business requirements into effective solutions by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. The role combines customer success and business development, involving daily client interaction, handling support requests, coordinating business-focused system configurations (such as product setup, BOM, and pricing structures), and commercial initiatives to unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
Facilitate regular business reviews (QBRs) to track account performance, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities
Drive product adoption and optimize solution usage to maximize client value
Convert client requirements into clear, actionable insights and collaborate with internal teams for execution
What we’re looking for:
5 + years of experience in customer success, commercial, or client-facing roles
knowledge of pricing strategies, margin optimization, and commercial performance analysis
Experience working with companies in the agriculture sector
Experience working with SQL and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, ClickView, and SAP preferred
Advanced English level
