Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales performance within the assigned region.
Support dealers with sales strategies, campaigns, and commercial actions.
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, market performance, and inventory levels.
Conduct regular dealership visits to drive performance and relationship management.
Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with commercial policies and brand standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Availability for frequent travel.
Proficiency in Excel and sales performance analysis.
Valid driver’s license.
Advanced English.
Location and work-mode:
100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
