We're Hiring: Senior Software Engineer (Ruby) We're looking for a collaborative and curious Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team!

What We're Looking For • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience • Strong Ruby development skills — this is a must • Solid experience building backend services and API integrations • Comfortable working in a Rails monolith environment • Strong understanding of building production-ready web applications and systems • Solid grasp of web-app performance fundamentals and related dev tools

Nice to Haves • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, REST, and JSON • Experience with Zendesk and/or Gladly • Background in platform migrations
