Senior Platform Frontend Engineer (Ux) - This role is strongly focused on Developer Experience (DevEx) and platform products, requiring an AI-oriented mindset and hands-on experience building tools for engineering platforms. Hybrid model must have easy access to the office in Barueri/SP. Key Responsibilities- Develop UI solutions for agent creation and management- Evolve the Backstage IDP and build usage dashboards and metrics- Design seamless UX flows for internal SDK consumption (Developer Experience)- Build interfaces for templates and automation workflows- Partner closely with backend teams to ensure the best technical and visual experienceRequirements- Strong, advanced experience with React and TypeScript- Hands-on experience with Design Systems and complex API integrations- Previous experience building internal platforms or enterprise applications- AI-native profile (mandatory) with daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium- Advanced technical English with ability to communicate in global environmentsNice to Have- Experience with Backstage- Background in UX focused on developers (DevEx)- Frontend observability experience (monitoring, metrics, performance tracking)
