Tha National Air Logistics Customer Care is in charge of management and continuously optimize customer care locations in order to deliver the best customer care experience. In addition has to functionally manage the Field Sales team supporting on the strategy and business How you create impact

Provide leadership, direction and support development plans of customer care teams Support and lead local field sales teams & monitor performance Design and implement customer care strategy Collaborate with the national air logistics management and air logistics operation care Regularly visit customers & offices Drive National Air customer retention tactical plan & regurlarly control customers erosion Review and implement business process regarding customer centricity Ensure customer satisfaction through high level of service Responsible for monitor and implement action plans for customers complains Manage national financial analysis supporting branches and national management in decision making Elaborate Monthly Flash Report Drive National Implementation and Customer Onboarding Strategy What we would like you to bring

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields 8+ years of experience in air logistics operations Previous experience in people management Strong commercial and negotiation skills Fluent in English What's in it for you
