Product Designer

OpenReplay is an open-source session replay and product analytics platform that helps businesses observe, measure and iterate on their web apps faster. We’re a well-funded startup, backed by some of the best angels and VCs around the world, including Y Combinator.

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer. You’ll be a key player in a small and highly-collaborative team, working closely with product and engineering to shape the future of our product and company.

What you’ll do Understand user behavior and translate that into intuitive and elevated product experiences Own initiatives end-to-end and design flows, components and UI patterns Create production-ready specs and functional high-fidelity interfaces Communicate ideas through polished prototypes and compelling narratives Collaborate with product and engineers by sharing work early and often to align on execution and outcomes Shape our product vision through design explorations and presentations

What we’re looking for 3+ years of relevant design experience Portfolio showcasing solid design foundations and beautiful interfaces Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools Experience with HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus) Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and self-starting mindset Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams and under pressure Experience designing developer/technical products is a big plus
